Jelen Adatkezelési Tájékoztató célja, hogy tájékoztassa Önt az Ön személyes adatainak kezeléséről a Momó Stúdió weboldal és webáruház (a továbbiakban: Webáruház) használata során, az Európai Unió Általános Adatvédelmi Rendelete (GDPR) és az osztrák jogi szabályozás (különösen az Osztrák Távközlési Törvény – TKG 2003) előírásainak megfelelően.

Személyes adatait a következő célokból és jogalapokon kezeljük:

- Adatfeldolgozók és adattovábbítás harmadik fél részére
A Webáruház működtetéséhez és a szerződés teljesítéséhez harmadik feleket (adatfeldolgozókat) vehetünk igénybe. Ezek az adatfeldolgozók szigorú szerződéses kötelezettségek mellett kezelhetik az Ön adatait, kizárólag a mi utasításaink szerint.

Megjegyzés: Amennyiben harmadik félnek (pl. fizetési szolgáltatónak, mint a PayPal) továbbítjuk adatait a szerződés teljesítéséhez, a jogalap a GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés b) pontja (szerződés teljesítése).
- Sütik (Cookies) és Webanalízis
- Sütik
Weboldalunk ún. „sütiket” használ. Ezek kis szövegfájlok, amelyeket a böngészője tárol az Ön végberendezésén.
- Feltétlenül szükséges sütik: Ezek a webáruház alapvető működéséhez (pl. a kosár funkcióhoz, bejelentkezéshez) szükségesek. Ezeket a GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés f) pontja (jogos érdek – a weboldal működőképessége) alapján kezeljük.
- Nem feltétlenül szükséges sütik (Pl. marketing, statisztikai): Ezek használatához az Ön kifejezett hozzájárulása szükséges, amelyet egy ún. Cookie Banneren (Hozzájáruláskezelő Eszközön) keresztül kérünk be (GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés a) pont). A hozzájárulását bármikor visszavonhatja.
- Webanalízis (Google Analytics)
- Ha Google Analytics-et használunk, akkor a weboldal látogatóinak viselkedését elemezzük. Az ehhez gyűjtött IP-címek pszdeudonimizálva (rövidítve) kerülnek rögzítésre.
- Jogalap: Az Ön hozzájárulása (Cookie Banneren keresztül) (GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés a) pont).
- Az Ön jogai (Érintetti jogok)
A GDPR értelmében Önnek a következő jogai vannak:
- Tájékoztatáshoz való jog (Art. 15 GDPR): Kérheti az általunk Önről tárolt adatokról szóló tájékoztatást.
- Helyesbítéshez való jog (Art. 16 GDPR): Kérheti a pontatlan adatok helyesbítését vagy a hiányos adatok kiegészítését.
- Törléshez való jog / Az „elfeledtetéshez” való jog (Art. 17 GDPR): Kérheti az Önre vonatkozó személyes adatok indokolatlan késedelem nélküli törlését, ha az adatkezelés célja már megszűnt, vagy visszavonta a hozzájárulását.
- Az adatkezelés korlátozásához való jog (Art. 18 GDPR): Kérheti az adatok kezelésének korlátozását, például, ha vitatja az adatok pontosságát.
- Adathordozhatósághoz való jog (Art. 20 GDPR): Kérheti az Ön által rendelkezésünkre bocsátott adatok strukturált, széles körben használt, géppel olvasható formában történő megkapását.
- Tiltakozáshoz való jog (Art. 21 GDPR): Önnek jogában áll tiltakozni az adatai kezelése ellen, amennyiben az a GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés f) pontján (jogos érdek) alapul. Különösen igaz ez a direkt marketing célú adatkezelés esetén.
- Hozzájárulás visszavonásának joga (Art. 7 GDPR): Az Ön által adott hozzájárulás a jövőre nézve bármikor visszavonható.
- Jogorvoslati lehetőség
Ha úgy gondolja, hogy a személyes adataival kapcsolatos adatkezelésünk sérti a GDPR rendelkezéseit, vagy az adatvédelmi jogait más módon megsértettük, jogában áll panaszt tenni az Osztrák Adatvédelmi Hatóságnál (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde – DSB).

Gemäß der DSGVO stehen Ihnen die folgenden Rechte zu:
- Auskunftsrecht (Art. 15 DSGVO): Sie haben das Recht, Auskunft darüber zu verlangen, welche Daten wir über Sie speichern.

- Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR): You have the right to object to the processing of your data at any time if it is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest). This is particularly true for data processing for direct marketing purposes.
- Right to Withdraw Consent (Art. 7 GDPR): Any consent you have given can be withdrawn for the future at any time.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint
